Sonyum Forms Web3 Partnership with LINE

# Sony's Soneium Partners with LINE for Blockchain-Based Mini-Apps Sony Group subsidiary, Sony Block Solution Labs, announced on the 12th that its Layer 2 blockchain, Soneium, has partnered with global messaging platform LINE. Through this collaboration, Soneium plans to integrate with LINE Mini App services, which boast around 200 million active users. This integration will enable the availability of Web3-based mini-games such as Sleep Fog Light, Farm Friends, Moonveil's Puppy Match, and Pocket Mob on the LINE Mini App. Jun Watanabe, President of Sony Block Solution Labs, commented, “The combination of LINE’s global user base and Soneium’s blockchain technology will enable more users to easily experience Web3. We expect this collaboration to contribute to the popularization and user expansion of Web3.” Soneium is a Layer 2 blockchain based on the OP Stack, the software development kit (SDK) from the Optimism Foundation. It is compatible with the Optimism superchain ecosystem, including Base, Mantle, and Mode, providing a stable and scalable blockchain environment.
