Jakubcek is an expert in cybercrime, having previously worked at Europol's European Cybercrime Centre (EC3) and the Irish Police and Security Service. Minjae Kim, Binance’s investigative specialist with extensive experience at the Cyber Crime Investigation Department of the Korean National Police Agency, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, and Yongsan Police Station, contributed to the seminar’s planning and structure. Kim now oversees collaboration between Binance and South Korean law enforcement agencies. # Collaboration Between Law Enforcement and Private Sector Emphasized Yang Hong-seok, a professor at the Police Investigation Training Institute, emphasized the value of the seminar, stating, “In an era where digital assets are being misused in crimes such as drug trafficking and voice phishing, this training has proven crucial to strengthening crime response capabilities through collaboration with exchanges.” Cho Jae-young, an investigator with the National Police Agency, echoed this sentiment, stating, “Public-private cooperation is indispensable in combating digital asset-related crimes.
